Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about booking a taxi or transfer with Thailand Cab:

You can book a taxi or transfer easily through our booking page.

For Bangkok bookings:

  • Daytime transfers (02:00 – 22:59) can be booked up to 2 hours before the pickup time.
  • Nighttime transfers (23:00 – 01:59) can be booked up to 8 hours before the pickup time.

For bookings outside of Bangkok:

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.

When booking, you will need to provide your:

  • Name
  • Contact information (email and phone number)
  • Arrival date and time
  • Flight number (if applicable)
  • Pick-up location
  • Drop-off location
  • Number of passengers
  • Number of bags (maximum 5 per minivan in Bangkok)
  • Do you require a child seat? (Additional charge of €5 or 150 Baht)

Unfortunately, due to minivan capacity limitations, we cannot accommodate more than 5 pieces of luggage per booking in Bangkok. However, you can book multiple transfers to fit all your luggage.

Yes, you can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. To do so, please contact us through our website or by phone.

We will monitor your flight arrival time and adjust your pick-up time accordingly, free of charge.

To get the most accurate quote for your taxi booking, please use our booking form. Simply enter your pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers and luggage, and the system will calculate the final fare.

We accept all credit cards, all debit cards, and online payments through Paypal.

There are no hidden fees. The price you see when you book is the price you pay, unless you request additional services such as waiting time or child seats.

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is always appreciated by our drivers. The decision to tip and the amount are entirely up to you.

Yes, we offer child seats for a small additional charge of €5 or 150 Baht. You can select this option during the booking process and specify the age and weight of the child.
